Return & Refund Policy – Zuveli

Simple & Fair

At Zuveli, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled. Please review it carefully before submitting a request.

1) Order Exchanges

Each item is made to order, so we cannot process exchanges for incorrect size, color, design, or quantity selected by the customer.

Modify within 24h: You may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with corrected details.

How to request: Email support@zuveli.com immediately with your order number.

After 24 hours, orders enter production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

2) Order Cancellations

Cancellation window: Within 24 hours of purchase.

You can cancel your order free of charge by emailing support@zuveli.com with your order details. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.

3) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery for eligible items. 

Eligible for Return Not Eligible for Return
  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, scents, or signs of wear
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Final-sale or clearance items (if labeled as such)
  • Items returned after 180 days

4) Return Cost & Shipping Responsibility

Zuveli covers all return shipping costs and processing fees.

Return Cost: $0.00 (We provide a prepaid shipping label for all approved returns.)

Fees: No processing, restocking, or handling fees at all.

5) Refund Claim Requirements

To file a refund request, email support@zuveli.com with the following:

  • Full name on the order and order number
  • Photos showing the issue or defect
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
  • Preferred resolution — refund or replacement

We typically respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and, if applicable, a return address.

6) Return & Refund Process

Step 1 — Prepare: Include the order confirmation or receipt and securely re-pack the item in original packaging.

Step 2 — Ship: Use the prepaid label provided and share the tracking number with our team.

Step 3 — Refund: Inspection takes up to 2 business days. If approved, we issue a full refund (including original shipping) within 5 business days. Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to complete the transaction.

7) Return Overview

If you need to start a return, contact us via the Contact Us page or email support@zuveli.com within 180 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Your preferred resolution

Note: We are not responsible for customer errors such as incorrect personalization, spelling, or image uploads.

8) Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged from improper handling or use

9) Important Notes

  • Policy valid for 180 days from delivery.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.
  • Zuveli is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during return transit — use a trackable service (when applicable).
  • Ineligible returns may be discarded or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
  • We strive to process eligible refunds within 5 business days of return inspection completion.
