1. Order Processing Timeline

We begin preparing your order as soon as it is successfully placed. Because many items are made to order, quick processing ensures fast delivery.

To help you understand when changes may still be possible, below is our order workflow:

2. Change & Cancellation Window

To provide the fastest shipping time, orders enter processing quickly. You may request adjustments within 12 hours of purchase.

You may request the following within 12 hours:

  • Cancel your entire order.

  • Update your shipping address.

  • Change product variants (size, color, style).

  • Replace an item.

  • Modify quantities.

  • Correct contact information.

After 12 hours, your order may already be in production, and we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes or cancel it.


3. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To request changes or a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Clear description of the requested change

Our team will confirm whether the update can still be made based on the production status.

Submitting a request does not guarantee the change. We will do our best to assist you promptly.


4. Orders Already in Production or Shipped

Once an order has moved to production or has shipped:

  • It cannot be modified.

  • It cannot be cancelled.

  • Address changes are no longer possible.

  • You may still be eligible for a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.


5. Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address, product choice, or email is entered:

  • Notify us within the 12-hour window so we can try to fix it.

  • If the order has already shipped, Zuveli is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs.


6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place duplicate orders:

  • Contact us within 12 hours to cancel one of them.

  • If both orders have already entered production or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


7. Pre-Order, Limited Edition, or Custom Printed Items

Some items are produced exclusively upon order. These include:

  • Limited edition designs

  • Custom-printed items

  • Products with personalized graphics

For these categories:

  • All cancellations must occur within 6 hours, as production begins sooner than standard items.

  • After production begins, cancellation is no longer possible for any reason.


8. Out-of-Stock or Processing Issues (Handled by Zuveli)

If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled:

  • We will notify you immediately.

  • You may choose:

    • A free replacement of equal value

    • A full refund

    • Store credit

This scenario is not counted as a customer cancellation, and no fees will ever be charged.


9. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • The order is treated as a return, not a cancellation.

  • Once the carrier returns the package to us, and the item is received, we can evaluate it for return eligibility according to our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Fraud Prevention & Security Measures

Zuveli reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders flagged for security concerns

  • Request identity verification if unusual activity is detected

  • Refuse order modifications if they compromise order integrity

Customers will be notified if their order is cancelled for security reasons, and a full refund will be issued.


11. No Fees for Cancellation or Changes

Zuveli does not charge any fees for:

  • Cancellations within the allowed window

  • Updating an address

  • Changing product variants

  • Correcting mistakes

  • Modifying order details

All approved modifications are complimentary as part of our customer-first service policy.
